2. Any extra charge for special graphics or photos?
NO! We will print anything you design & can send to us either by e-mail or disk.
3. How do I send you my artwork?
For photographs we use Tiff files (100 dpi @ full size) For vector artwork we can take an .PDF .WMF or EPS (Adobe Illustrator version 10) files (please convert all text to outlines)Call us toll-free if you need assistance.
4. Will I get a proof before my banner is printed?
YES! We will email a proof for your approval.You can request changes or corrections - and a new proof will be sent for final OK.(actual colors may vary from computer screen to final output)
5. How long to get my banner with FREE SHIPPING?
We ship via FEDEX or UPS ground. Allow 2-5 days transit time after shipment - depending on your location.
6. Can I request expedited shipment?
YES! Indicate your shipment preference on the order form when placing your order.Cost will vary depending on location & method of shipping.
7. Can your banners be used outdoors?
YES! We use High Quality scrim-reinforced 13oz. vinyl outdoor banner fabric, with a 1" fold over hem & double stitched on all 4 sides.Printed on a state of art solvent printer using UV resistant solvent inks.
8. Are your banners guaranteed?
We guarantee the accuracy of your printed banner as shown on your final proof.However keep in mind that banners are considered TEMPORARY signs & should be taken down in windy conditions.Your banner can last for years if properly installed and/or stored.
9. How are your banners printed?
All banners are printed on high quality 13 oz. vinyl banner material on our high resolution large-format solvent inkjet printers.These printers operate on output graphics based on your submitted computer art files, with resolution up to 720 dpi.
10. Do you make other products?
Yes! Banner Warehouse can produce a wide variety of large format digitally printed products, vehicle lettering, including posters, wood & metal signs, window graphics, floor graphics, vinyl lettering, magnetic signs.
